Order Changes & Cancellations

Would you like to change or cancel your order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at service@boulderball.it.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, changes or cancellations can usually be made without any problems.

Once an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the items in accordance with our return policy.

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you reserve a product that is currently not yet available.
The estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page.

Pre-orders can be cancelled as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are processed using the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.
