Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dimako.eu. Returns must be sent to the following address:
DIMAKO OHG, Reineggweg 3, 39058 Sarnthein, Italy.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For a return, the item should be in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items.
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
